The initial schedule has changed. We had the addition of a 13th team and one change in Flight 1. Flight 2 now has 7 teams and each team will play 9 games (except Harrison which has a bonus 10th game that was needed to get everyone a 9th game) Please let me know if you have a weird number of games, etc. as there was a lot of manual entry for this flight.
The 2018-2019 Hybrid Event consists of 12 teams which are divided into 2 flights. Each team is scheduled to play 9 or 10 games over the course of the event. The games for the Fall 2018 portion have been given the following dates as placeholders: 12/10, 12/11, 12/12, 12/13 and 12/14. The games for the Spring 2019 portion have been given the following dates as placeholders: 2/11, 2/12, 2/13, 2/14, 2/15 and 2/16.
Once the 2 scheduled teams have come to an agreement on the date/time/location of each game, contact me and I will arrange for referees. The home team must coordinate with their club's field rep so that we can fit the game into the referee schedule.
It is anticipated that each team will play their Fall games before the end of 2018.
Remember: for those of you new to US Club, if you do not yet have your US Club passes, please check with your club rep or other person in your club for assistance. Your club has already been through this process with the younger teams and so you will have access to experienced guidance. Same for the GotSoccer process for game cards, etc.
